About the EB-5 Program
Created by Section 610 of Public Law 102-395 (Oct. 6, 1992), the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot program incentivizes foreign national private investment capital into targeted geographic areas. The EB-5 program provides permanent resident visas for qualified foreign nationals who invest in investment firms such as RZI- VA that have been designated by the US Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Citizenship & Immigration as EB-5 Regional Centers.The Centers do not guarantee profits or the return of an investor’s principal investment.

There are three basic investor requirements:
- The investment must be $1,000,000 USD ($500,000 for rural or specifically targeted areas with unemployment rates at least 1.5 times the
- The immigrant investor must prove their legitimate ownership of the financial funds to be invested; and
- The investment project must create a minimum of ten (10) U.S. jobs.
